“It was our 2nd visit and it never disappoints. The experience meets our expectations. Food was good, generous servings and worth every cent. Their Staff was really accommodating and polite as always. The place was clean and neat. I will definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing get away and a peaceful place to stay in.  Please keep up the great job, guys! Hoping to see you again!  God Bless!!”

“SHORT VACATION”  My Family and friends enjoyed our stay at this resort. The personnel are well trained and professional. Ms. May (receptionist) – Very accommodating and kind.  Joemar (Waiter) – he is good and gave us quality service.   All of the food we ordered are all delicious.  (Kare-Kare, Sisig, Sinigang na Liempo and Lumpia). We will surely recommend this resort and we will be back soon. Rooms are very affordable and a good place to relax.”

“BEST VALUE-FOR-MONEY (recommended for a budget trip)” Peaceful place; very intimate/private as it is just a small place and it wasn’t crowded during our stay. The hot spring pool (only tried pool B coz i prefer a hotter temp) was well maintained/clean.  The staff were nice, approachable, and accommodating. “

~Ann R~

“UNEXPECTED STAYCATION”, good thing they had a promo. The ambiance is great, very quiet and not crowded — an ideal place to relax. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. We booked a deluxe room and it is quite big for a couple, the bathroom is spacious awesome bathtub!  Their food tastes good especially the SINAMPALUKAN MANOK, we ordered it twice! The pools are warmly heated.  We love the videoke room (but i think they need to update the song list medyo outdated ang mga songs) and lastly we thank the masahistas parang gusto ko sila iuuwi sa house namin. hahaha! Overall we enjoyed our stay and will surely comeback! 🙂 “

“THE BEST AMONG LAGUNA HOTELS”.  I have been in quite a few resort/hotels in the Philippines, several of which are located in Laguna, and I must say that this hotel is the best for my family! They have the most attentive staff, especially in the reception area and in the Lava Resto. Everyone are always smiling and makes you feel like they are always ready to assist you. The over-all setup is very homey, private and child-friendly which is perfect for my 3, 6 and 9 year old travel buddies! “

“WORTH IT.   I want to commend all the staff from this resort. All of them are attentive, accommodating and do their job well. Facilities are clean and well maintained. The food, though choices are limited, taste yummy. Most of the menu are Filipino dishes we love. I dunno if we r just being glutton but we want to try every dishes but it’s just we cant eat those all. Lol..  And the pool, it’s not that big but the hot spring is great, not crowded and guests are disciplined too. So we feel safe. By the way, they do not have lifeguard, so better watch out for your kiddos. This is our second time here, and it’s getting better. The best thing I love is the mini pool inside our room. So if you want to have a safe, peaceful and simple vacation, better try here. We will definitely come back. We visited with our 2 kids, 7 and 3 checked-in in their Premier Room “

“UNEXPECTED VACATION.   My husband, and I stayed there in September so, it wasn’t really a Summer vacation.  It was an unexpected trip. We wanted to go to a hot spring in Laguna, and while we were looking for some good places, we passed by this hotel. It was a quite place, and we saw the billboard boasting of their cleanest hotel in Laguna so, we took our chances and checked in. It didn’t disappoint. The room was clean, and we also had free massage. I gave my free massage to my kid since they only offered 2 free massages. My husband and kid enjoyed it. When we went there it wasn’t peak season so, we had the pool all to ourselves. We especially enjoyed their hot spring. The staffs were very accommodating that they offered to bring our breakfast nearby the pool area. Overall, it was a very relaxing trip! 🙂 “

“HOT POOLS ARE THE BEST.  Stayed almost a week.. commuting is manageable, food items a bit limited, would be nice if they had dessert! But it’s easy to go to SM so that’s alright. Just a short walk from the main road. Facilities are a bit outdated and aged, but quite alright.  The Wi-fi is free but unfortunately they had problems with the ISP while we were there so we only got like one night of Wi-Fi.  But hey, why go on the internet when you can have a bubble bath in a huuuuge personal hot tub?  And the pools make everything else worth it “

“VERY GOOD AMBIANCE”.  Just near Manila perfect for weekend getaway with friends and family.”

“TWO THUMBS UP FOR THEIR FOOD AND INDOOR JACUZZI”.  We had a pleasant experience during our stay in Rockpoint. We were looking to have a much needed time-out from our work and relax our aching muscles, and we found it there.”

“COZY HOTEL WITH FRIENDLY SERVICE”.  Staff were helpful, spa was amazing. I stayed there Valentine’s day for a little R&R.  The executive room was clean and bathroom was huge. My husband had asked them in advance to purchase a bouquet of roses for me and they did a good job with it. Their spa was amazing, the masseuse were good!  I suggest you get the Kalipayan Massage. Overall a good stay. Thanks Rockpoint!“

~Kristine J~ United States of America

“I had one visit to Rockpoint Hotel a few years ago and even back then, I found the place perfect for quick vacations and relaxation (minus the long travel).  The place is, surprisingly and pleasantly, very  quiet despite its proximity to Manila. But what I remember most about it was their good food, the clean rooms, and great service.  I would love to experience that all over again!”

~Mundi L. Ocampo~ B.F. Homes, Paranaque City

“Your staff on duty were very accommodating. They provided total customer satisfaction for me and my family. And this also applies to the staff who rendered their service during our seminar yesterday. Keep it up!”

~Cesar Dingle~ Field Sales Manager, Contact IMC

“Being at Rockpoint almost every year is a very unwinding experience for me and my family. We usually stay at their dormitory, giving my whole family that time to relax and bond. It’s our home away from home. We most especially enjoy the good food and the quiet ambiance of the whole place. Our kids enjoy the swimming pool but my husband and I enjoy the Karaoke room where we get to stay up to sing till the wee hours of the morning and not worry about our kids since they’re just a few rooms away. Rockpoint’s service is personalized. I even get the pampering of a massage therapist. And before our weekend ends, my whole family is recharged from our experience there. One of the best things about the place is the convenience of it’s location.”

~Candy Tuazon~  (Sta Rosa, Laguna)

“I had the pleasure of staying for two weeks at your lovely resort in Calamba in January 2008.  This small resort is an ideal place to relax, or do business without the interruption of noise and music like so many resorts in your area. I was there to do some training and consulting and I found it an ideal environment for business or pleasure. I observed many small conferences there also receiving great service and being very happy and yet not disturbing those of us who had to have an early night’s rest! Your wonderful friendly staff are what really makes a stay so special, they are so motivated to please and go the extra mile to ensure all needs are met and make you feel so welcome from the moment you arrive to your last day of departure. I wish you, your wonderful employees and the Rockpoint Resort every success for the future.”

~Denis Forristal~  (Vancouver, Canada)

“We availed of Rockpoint’s Conference Packages back in 2006 because it was the cheapest we could get, given our budget. But for the first time in many years, I didn’t hear any of our managers complain. They specifically loved the home-cooked taste of all the meals and raved about the food for a very long time. We also appreciated the accommodating staff. I will always thank Rockpoint for helping me limit the hassles from organizing conferences and seeing them through. Hopefully, I will get to try out the one in San Pablo soon.”

“I DID NOT EXPECT OUR STAY WAS WORTH IT!  I really love the pool and the ambiance. The area was small but space was maximized. They have garden, chapel, spa & restaurant that I didn’t expect when I saw it at first.  I also love our room.  Though it was also quite small but it had bath tub!  I just can’t connect Wi-Fi in our room so I had to go outside in the hallway to get connection.  But overall, me and my husband were satisfied. Coming back when we have time.”

~ Lianne Leah Mea A~

“We would like to express our sincere appreciation of the hotel’s remarkable accommodation. You have, so far, the most service oriented and friendliest staff we’ve ever come across. We also feel that kind and generous individuals manage the hotel because the rates are very affordable without affecting the accommodation and service quality. Thank you again to all of you and we ’ll definitely come back with our friends.”

Ms. Jocelyn Gernale (

“BEST PLACE TO RELAX.  The driveway has landscaped gardens with lush greenery framing the hotel building.
The accent lighting in the hotel lobby looked both classy and warm. The ceiling in the front lobby was really a wonderful piece of art and the lobby was adorned by some Scandinavian or vintage interiors which I find really tasteful.
The receptionists are very pleasant and accommodating. The security guard and the room attendant are very courteous.
The room smelled pleasantly fresh like citrus, the room is big enough for the two of us. The comfort room and the huge bathtub are clean to my satisfaction.  What I really liked about the place is that, while the resort was at its peak (it was a long weekend that day) the corridors, as well as the pool is not crowded with people. The hot spring water is comfortably warm and inviting. The pool appears to be clean and inviting.  Our accommodation comes with free breakfast for two, (Daing na Bangus Silog and Longganisa Silog) were a must try. “

“I have not been to Laguna in 15 years so when my hubby and I decided on a whim to go out of town, we chose to go on a road trip to Laguna. As a starting point, we decided to stay overnight in Pansol. We booked a room at Rockpoint, not expecting much. My vague recollection of Pansol was that of rustic views of the province and swimming in hot springs. So, upon checking their website, we booked the cheapest room available and prayed that we made the right choice. Much to our surprise, it was a charming and cozy resort after all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay (even though the resort was quite small but I found the “back-to-nature” feel very refreshing). 2 thumbs up to the friendly and accommodating staff, the clean surroundings, the delicious food, the very affordable rates and lastly, the relaxing hotsprings!! “

~ Michelle Purisima~ Pasig City

~Mr. Jun Halili, Jr.~  (BF Homes Paranaque, Knights of Columbus)

“Your place is really conducive to learning, very quiet and peaceful. The desk personnel were easy to deal with. You’ve got very accommodating staff (even those performing utility works). The food served really tasted good too. For me, there ’s nothing you should do to improve your service. Just go on with what you are doing because what you do satisfies us.”

~Ms. Maris Marasigan~ (Provincial Office of Municipality of Laurel, Batangas)

“Thank you so much for everything. My team enjoyed our stay there. Expect more couples in our group to come in from our company. I have always been referring you to everyone I know because I know they won’t be disappointed.”

~May Bartolome~  (EXL Service Phils, Inc. Pasay City)

“From a scale of 1 to 10, your resort is a 10. That’s 10 for ambiance, 10 for hotel amenities, great service and personnel and staff assistance. Thank you Rockpoint,. Keep it up!”

~Mr. Jonathan Redonga~ (Tondo, Manila)

“You did so well in hosting our Calamba Chapter meeting, that it was impressive. And we cannot discount the good service accorded to us by the hotel employees – giving the best image for the company. Keep up the good work. We will long remember the good experience we had. More power to Rockpoint and thank you all.”

~Mr. Dindo Montenegro~ (League of Batangas Accountants, Taal, Batangas)

“We had a great time in your hotel. It was clean and the amenities are all guest-friendly. We will definitely recommend your place to our friends. Thank you for a great experience.

~Ms. Tin Nery~  (Philamlife Insurance Company)

“This country, the Philippines, and especially this hotel has plenty of very nice people who received me with warm smiles. I am very happy to have visited your country for the second time and I’m glad I stayed here in Rockpoint. I enjoyed your food, your swimming pool with hot springs, and most especially your hospitality. Thanks a lot. I’ll miss you all.”

~Mr. Mauricio Ortega~ (Colombia, South Africa)

“Like most entrepreneurs, I believe in rewarding myself for the hard work I put in. But it has to go hand in hand with cost efficiency with maximum benefits. So, I would often take my family to Subic. My idea of “out-of-town” has been associated with long drives, great outdoors, water fun and the likes. Until I discovered Rockpoint – for me, its really Laguna’s best kept secret. I realized I don’t have to go very far indeed. Upon arrival, I unpacked excitedly. Power-napped then had snacks with the family at Lava Restaurant. I felt I was at my favorite restaurant in Greenbelt 3. The food was fantastic! The lush waterscape outside prompted us to go for a dip. It was really refreshing. The kids went swimming, the older ones enjoyed the hot spring arthritis therapy. I love spas too. I could go on a long list of spa salons that I checked out in Ortigas, Makati and in the groves of Tagaytay. I thought I’d miss that indulgence here because I came to a hot spring resort. But Rockpoint completed my stress therapy. The therapist gave me a massage combo, something I never tried. I usually go for Swedish Aromatherapy for calming effect. For the first time I discovered I have stress nodes all over my shoulders down the back. My therapist carefully showed the nodes and flattened them with her magic touch. Such a relief! She went from one stress point to another and gave me a good acupressure. I almost fell asleep. I wanted to but I couldn’t, I was scheduled later that night for my hot spring Jacuzzi dip, complete with bubble bath and aroma candles around me. Almost like having an Oriental spa, all in. After that, I slept soundly that night and woke up with new vigor. I was so relaxed and refreshed- all ready for more rounds of urban fight. And I know what when I wear out, I can always come back to Rockpoint and have all these experiences rolled back again. Cool!”
